Two Sala DBI Capital Safety Winches, confined space , 50footer (blue one ) is a sealed block, 60ft (black one) needs the handle /lever for winding the cable but both appear to be in very good condition. They have been sitting in climate controlled storage for a long time, therefore: They will need to ideally go get serviced at the 3M/Sala registered contractor for annual testing and certification. There are locations in Georgetown,( Seattle ) Renton & Ferndale...
