This is my beloved laptop about just over a year old. She has always been kept in excellent condition. Recently however the screen started to flicker rapidly while powered on. I asked Staples about this and they said likely a loose wire in the hinge? Quoted about $300 to ship out and repair but price was not set in stone. I really don’t want to send out my laptop to be repaired only to pay more than what’s quoted. I might as well just buy another if that’s my options. So if your a computer repair whiz then here’s your chance to get a nice laptop with any East fix for your expertise. I for one don’t want to fork out for all that labor if a new one is costing me the same. Currently goes for about $700-$750 new and I found a refurbished going for $630.
