We are selling our very cute and clean 23 foot 2011 Coyote Lite Travel Trailer. Clean and clear title. Kingsport area. We are the 2nd owner of this trailer and have all the original paperwork from the original owner. The only thing that is damaged is the shower pan. It was in perfect shape until we used it to hold our parrot in its travel carrier while on the road, not realizing that the vibration would eventually put a hole in it. Around May of 2020 we did go over the outside and caulked all the appropriate areas and gave it a new hand polish. Cleaned and lubricated the awning. It has 2 new batteries that we purchased around May. We put new tires on it in November. The spare was replaced at the same time. No leaks.
