40"W x 63.5"L (Measurements from frame to frame). 36"W x 60"L (Measurements from inside the frame, just the mirror). In good vintage condition with no signs of cracking or breakage on the glass mirror itself. Due to its age, will show various signs of imperfections such as: loss of paint, paint chips, minimal color discolorations, minimal scratches on frame in various places.
