I am selling my cable modem and wifi router. The modem is not locked down by comcast so you can just plug it in and activate it. Only selling because i just upgraded to a more powerful modem and mesh wifi 6. This modem is good for about 300mbps with xfinity thats the plan i had when using it very fast modem never had a problem with it or the wifi router. You will be very happy with this set up. Plus you wont need to pay a 10$ monthly fee for xfinity gateway. BOTH UNITS HAVE THE POWER SUPPLY CORDS JUST NOT IN PICS.
