~SALE PENDING~ Camper in good condition. I have done a bit of work on it but never actually took it out. Resealed all seams. Remodeled inside: New curtains. Reupholstered. New floor. Plan on repainting the outside. UPDATE~paperwork in process for title~ I bought this camper and started working on it and LOST the title before I put it in my name. Incase your not familiar with the process that follows. It is a bit of a headache to get a new title. Theres paperwork and then after receiving the title it remains an "ownership in doubt" title for 3 years. ANYWAYS!!! if you want to take this camper that's what you have to deal with. I am willing to negotiate the price a bit because that.
