This is a handwoven picnic basket by the company Longaberger, which no longer exists. They don’t make baskets like this anymore! I am fairly certain it has never been used. Everyone is having picnics by the lakefront this summer, why not take it to the next level. The finishings include leather fasteners. The lid attaches to the body of the basket by a leather hinge. Two handles make it easy to carry. Inside there is a small wooden table, to keep food off the grass. And plastic organizers seem to offer more ways to organize food.
