Fully self contained pop-up travel camper and has all the amenities of a larger trailer/RV in a more efficient setup that you can store in a standard garage. Low profile makes it easy to pull with small SUV or minivan with improved gas mileage compared to pulling a standard trailer. Dry weight is just over 3200 lbs. No soft sides like a tent trailer that can rip, tear or mildew overtime, no beds to slide out or set up. The top raises and lowers with the push of a button and set up only takes minutes. Access to fridge and all kitchen cabinets even with the top down. All cabinets are made with real wood not particle board. Chalet makes the highest quality folding/A-frame trailers of any manufacturer. Only used a handful of times each year, mostly for short local excursions, and has been stored in the garage all other times. The new house doesn’t have a driveway and we would prefer to park the car in the garage instead of on the street. This trailer is one of the few used options with solar and an additional skylight in the kitchen the factory installed during construction per our request. This trailer has been owned by one couple (no kids) and is in excellent condition. NADA values this trailer at $20,840 (note that the does NOT include the added skylight and solar power as these options were not included in the selection list for some reason).
