MyGait Computer was designed for seniors. My father used this computer until he died at 101. The company makes it very easy for the user to guide through it. Is not overwhelming to use - very basic and serves the purpose to email, explore the internet service, create links, create contact listings, social media, print (printer not included in asking price) and type up documents. If any problems, you email or call and they get their tech team on it. Have never had ANY issues with this company over the years. Very service oriented. A new one is now running over $1,000 but this one will work just fine. Even has speakers we added after his hearing declined. An incredible gift for older parents or elderly relatives or someone who just wants the basics. Since this is serviced by MyGait there is a REQUIRED monthly cost (about $25/month) that provides their hook up, and ongoing service or tech assistance which includes any upgrades or replacements free of charge. It’s worth it and no contract is needed. You call them up, let them know you purchased a used one and they’ll get you started!
