05 EP3. Bought the car beginning of year to have a 2nd car while other car was getting work d1 which is now finished. I have a 07 civic si that I'm now trying to get going and need the m1y to finish that project and no longer need the vehicle. With winter coming around corner I need to free up garage space. EP3 has just over 84,000 miles on it and will go up a little since I still drive it daily. Car is pretty stock besides an invidia cat back exhaust and lowering springs. I just changed valve cover gasket, plug gaskets due to small leak in back that bothered me so its all good now as well as new Denso 02 sensor, Ngk iriduim spark plugs, vtec solenoid, and changed oil (running synthetic). The cars runs solid and has working a/c and heat. Sunroof works also. It also has aftermarket Kenwood head unit on it. Itll probably need break pads d1 soon but still has good amount left on them. Has some body work on passenger side thatll need to be donw which is why I'm selling it cheaper to leave room to fix that . I know fender is super cheap and you can either do body work yourself or if you just replace fender, and door itll cost about $400. Didnt bother me too much so I never got around to fix it. I have some extra springs for it and another clutch that I'll throw in with car too. Asking $2800 OBO.
