Description

Testing to see who would want this camper. Ready to go camping/livable like it is. For perfection it just needs some buttoning up of things to put back on; the cabinet doors, interior window trim, final paint, and secure the tub back in (a 2nd new tub included) . Put the plywood over the water heater and a futon pad for a couch or 3rd sleeping place. Even still just took it to Crystal Beach 4th weekend just like it is, ran a generator on it and got a few gallons of water. Has already replaced refrigerator and it works great we kept groceries in it all weekend, and microwave, and hot water gas heater. AC is cold (comfortable all day hot sun on beach) and the lights work inside and to drive down the road. Comes with 2 propane tanks for the water heating and heating in the winter. Comes with some wood flooring that was going to replace for the orginal carpet near the entry door and in the main bed area. Pulls well with half ton truck. Tires are good, spare good, hasn't shown any leaking roof or anywhere since owned it. With some superficial handi work (paint and screwing in some cabinets and window trim and other minor carpentry things, I know someone would Love it as a "tiny house" live anywhere you want rig. Just get a 275-300 gallon water tote in the bed of your truck and $60 electric pump with water hose connecting to the camper, your generator, and hook up the gas tank and you're living anywhere you want self contained. If I go to putting all the button up stuff together, the price would change. Clear Blue Title in hand
