Hobart 2712 Automatic or Manual Deli Slicer with 2 Speeds. Slicer includes new/unused Stainless Sharpener and other options like rear blade deflector and low fence tensioner. Unused Surplus Condition and Seller refurbished. Was told slicer was purchased and put into long term storage prior to use and it showed no usage wear. With that in mind we are selling as technically refurbished due in part to long term storage and bearing replacements. In testing unit there was a bearing noise and slight imbalance due to having no use for years. We broke unit down fully, lubricated and serviced all points as well as replaced both bearings to be safe. The imbalance is nearly undetectable as well as duration tested for many hours and slices true and runs as it should, smooth and quiet. We believe in and stand by honesty being the best policy and ALWAYS try to give all information even if most buyers would never notice. Awesome condition, few light scuffs that high speed remediation/polish didn't fully remove on the rear lower area. This was probably caused by close proximity to other items in storage. Hard to see in photos, so please watch video for full details of any minor cosmetics. Fully refurbished, fully cosmetically reconditioned, fully-functioning and duration tested.
