The upper and lower ball joints and tie rods are needing to be replaced and probably cv axles or control arms front end is bad and wheel is falling off. Salvage title 140 thousand miles on a 4.7 liter V 8 six inch lift. Dead battery needs new tires. Will need to be towed!!
