bunk beds , bottom bed turns into futon for day use this is like new , I purchased this for my girls last year and they only slept in it about 2 months . bun bed had to be unassebled to move to garage so it will have to be put back together. originally paid 380 for it asking 200 edit- mattress and bottom futon pad not included these had to be purchased seperatley. had to add this since alot of people that have asked think they are included and they are not.
