Used once for a house warming party then one more time as a down draft booth in my garage while I painted a car. This is basically new without mold or gunk on it at all. Nicely rolled up and untouched. I have all brackets and instructions as well. It took my brother and I about 40 minutes to set up. The only issue with the tent is 2 half dollar sized burn holes near the bottom of the roof edge. They got to close to halogen lamps when I was painting. Easy repair.
