Sold as is. You can have as much time to inspect it as you want as it is currently setup. - I bought this a few years ago, used it about 5 times. I haven't used in in over a year, currently considering moving out of state so am looking to sell off extra things that I have. - Sleeps 4. I believe it is 2 double size bed areas. - Tows easily, I have towed this with my 4 cylinder Mazda CX-5 and it tracks pretty closely when turning. - I have partially refurbished the inside by stripping out linoleum and painting the floor and other surfaces. The camper is relatively clean for it's age but it is a bit barebones. If you're looking for something you can put more work into and make customize this would be good. - It is functional but shows it's age a bit, some examples of issues I have observed: - I had to replace the original jack. The current one is a bit loose but it still works, it could use a bit of work to make set it more firmly in place. You can also replace it with a different jack if you wanted. - Some rips in the tent siding - One cabinet doesn't stay closed, some dings on the floor, etc. Some minor water damage in wood areas. - The roof originally had some areas that were splitting a bit, I did work on this to repair it with sealant and it seems to have held up well, however cosmetically it is a bit noticeable. - Some exterior issues like partially cracked light covers - Missing one bed pad. - It has power hookup and this was working last time I used it. I don't have an adapter so that it can be plugged in at my house, if you have one feel free to bring it and you can plug it in to test if you would like. - Running lights were working last I recall, the power hookup on my SUV is broken now though so I haven't been able to test this.
