These brand new rain boots have never been worn and still have al the tags attached. They are by Capelli New York and are in a size US 9. I love these boots because they are so feminine and also so simple. They are a mixture of different blues going from light to dark and in the background there are blue polkadots. On the inside of each food there is adjustable strap where you can tighten it to go over your leggings or pants so no water gets through. They are great rain boots, very similar to hunter boots. And who could beat that they are brand new!
