Hello We brought this camper down from Albany, NY two months ago. It was always garaged and had never left Albany NY since we bought it. The AC unit had been barley used. It has been a one family owned camper. It has a new professionally installed AC seal on the roof and every amenity works perfectly. The toilet has had only “#1’s” never “#2’s” ever. We love it but don’t the room to store it. I will take more pics when I have time to open it up. All lift components work great and have been lubricated regularly. All scheduled maintenance has been done regularly by RV dealer professionals. The Niagra model manufacturered before 2010 by Fleetwood is the most sought after. Once Coleman bought Fleetwood the quality of camper materials went down hill fast.
