Vintage Real Good Toys “New concept” Woodland Dollhouse

Real Good Toys dollhouses have been building the world's best miniature homes for the last 52 years. The New Concept collection will soon be discontinued. Real Good Toys dollhouse parts are hand crafted. This is the New Concept Woodland #NC-2007 with the P-106D Deluxe Porch option. This was bought in the 90s as a DIY project that my mom and I worked on as a kid. I have been the only owner of this dollhouse. Electricity throughout. The center window on the second floor was cut open to create French doors. So that was something that was added custom from the original kit. A different roof was added too make it look more modern as well as an iron looking gate that was added to the top. There are wood floors that were put in piece by piece in the living room and on the porch area. And checkered tile flooring in the kitchen with strawberry wallpaper.
