2020 Buddy 50

I've got a 2020 buddy 50cc 2 stroke scooter with only 53 miles on it for sale. Currently not running, the gas is not reaching the engine. Battery not charged but possibly can be charged. It had a previous owner who did some damage to it somehow - as seen in the photos. Note the headlight, turn signal lens, and side/cockpit panel. I'm in search of a scooter or motorcycle in working condition with a title that is highway worthy. Offroad vehicles and 150ccs are great too. Preferably something with cargo space such as a front/ rear rack. I'm also open to other trade offers so please feel free to let me know what you have! Cash offers are also welcome. As for vehicle projects that I can let you know about now, I have a Honda Elite 250, honda helix 250, honda atc 125, yamaha 600, parts for a 99 kz ninja 250 (nearly enough for a full bike build).
