I am firm on the price 250. Coming from a pest free house. It has 4 recliners the lomg couch middle seat has the painting missing there is one small hole covered by black tape which is not visible. The short couch has a charger a LED light for reading 2 cup holders and a storage at the top and a drawer at the bottom . Both couches have a 3-5 changing color selection (I cant remember) longer couch cord will need to be replaced cause my dog chewed the cord due to teething. The seats on the couches are good no sinking when sitting on them. I paid 3400$ for these 250 is a steal. Do not ask me if I will go lower
