This electric fireplace is in the style of mid century Malm fireplaces. It’s in good working condition, but unfortunately I just don’t have a place to put it. The paint could be touched up in a few places particularly on the base. There’s also a small dent on the base that’s not super perceptible. If you were able to touch up the paint down there, I don’t think anyone would notice it. You do need a particular type of old fashioned outlet to make this work when you plug it in. If I were able to keep it, I would just have it re-wired to fit a modern 220 V outlet. It is very rare to find these online so I don’t have a lot of comparison for pricing this. The only one I’ve ever seen online which had already been sold was $1300.
