We would like to offer you a refund on the product via "Venmo and PayPal only" if the product cannot be used or damaged through the process. You are not required to return the purchased product in addition to the refund, in other words, "just keep it and do whatever you want with it." However, a full refund cannot be provided due to the sales commission being automatically charged on the product by the website, we can only provide you the refund on what we made.
