To purchase similar items you’d have to fly to Colombia, take an excursion bus to drive you to the city of Zipaquira and pay access to enter the salt mine. Travel a mile down to get to the Cathedral. Once there you can purchase these items from the Cathedral gift shop. The last supper is all salt carved out of the salt mine.
