I had custom built for me several years ago. It got very little play, my kids preferred their playstation. It has over 3000 games on it. All buttons, joystick, and trackball work great. Monitor works fine and is 19 inches. Power up fine, no overheating. Issue is that for some reason it freezes when you select a game. I dont know why or know enough to fix. Seems that like a phone, a software update or reinstall should fix it. I paid $1k for this new. If you fix it it will be the best item in the neighborhood. You could easily flip it for a large profit. Item is available if ad is up. Any low ball or ridiculous offers will be ignored.
