Selling our 2000 Artic Fox 990 only because I'm downsizing my truck to a short bed... Everything works great; full size fridge, electric jacks, full side slide out, propane generator, dry bathroom (inside shower separate from toilet), outside shower, queen bed, low profile AC unit... The front underneath has the standard delamination for this year, but was scoped 7 years ago just before I bought it and the frame/ shell was in great shape. And as you can see from the pics it doesn't sag that much; since then, I put liquid roof and MFM roofing to ensure it would never leak, added diamond plate to the front to keep tight, and she gets re-caulked about every other year (to include the beginning of this year)keeping her in great shape... I never use the awning because there is a tool you use to open it that didn't come with it when I purchased her and I never bought one, but there are no rips in it and the mechanism works, but discounting the sale as if it doesn't anyways... She's not perfect, but nice and clean; my family truly has enjoyed her over the years! Fill free to ask questions! Nice camper at a great price!
