This is a great kitchen tool. Unfortunately I have only used it 5 times since I bought it. Every time I used it I got great results. My father-in-law said the steak I made him was the best he ever had and when I made salmon it turned out perfect. But my family doesn’t eat meat so I really don’t get to use it enough to justify keeping it. My lose is your gain.
