Description

I'm selling this trailer in as-is condition, there is no title. The trailer was being used as a residence in an rv park. The pop out has been cut off and placed inside, it has a full functional bathroom and kitchen. The electrical works when plugged in. It's 27 foot trailer. There was a 20x20 stick built add on that was cut away and demoed as seen in the pics, so there is still 8 in inches of eve tarred to the roof as seen in the picture. There are two windows and the door missing. Tires are good (at least to tow it home). THERE IS NO TITLE, JUST A BILL OF SALE FOR $600 it's yours. Would make a great starter home or off grid base. Just wanted to make sure you are aware the roof does not leak but the pop out has been CUT OFF and placed inside the trailer for moving, it will need to be reattached and sealed. There is no license plate.
