This will be perfect for someone who lost their job due to covid and needs to save on rent for awhile and to help everyone get back on their feet! Please be aware that the apt is already furnished, space is limited so you CANNOT come with a lot of stuff..no furniture or appliances, only what you can fit in a descent sized closet & 2 HUGE cupboards. Rent is $600 a month and no deposit is necessary (utilities is $40 per person so $640 total). You'll have full kitchen access & room for your food. You’ll have a brand new twin mattress & foam that feels like heaven!! I live in a very quiet building with very quiet neighbors so being quiet and chill is very very important. There’s no parking space but my rmmates have never had a problem finding parking, it’s still doable in this area. And if you don’t have a car, there’s plenty of public transportation and scooters to get around town fast. Laundry is on-site. There are grocery stores and SO many restaurants & bars nearby (obviously given the circumstance...things are opening up slowly but surly!) and everything else your heart desires...99 cent store, Target, Dollar Tree..name it IT’S HOLLYWOOD!! I am a perfect distance from all the Hollywood Blvd madness. You'll be sharing an apt with me and my long term roommate in the lvingrm (that has been converted into a space) it’s completely private & closed off it’s been like this for years and it hasn’t been any problems. I’m home a lot bc I now work from my phone. You’ll hardly ever see my rmmate, he’s shy and quiet and mostly gone. He has a beautiful sweet affectionate cat (you’ll hardly ever see her too) so..if you’re allergic..this is a deal breaker. I ask for the basic obvious things..no smoking, NO drugs, (I am NOT 420 friendly and that includes vaping IN the house), no partying or being loud. I don’t mind that you drink..but don’t be a THAT drinker. Just be a cool low key, no drama, CLEAN, honest, hard working and trust worthy person with a real job that has high ethics & morals! The apt is cute quaint quiet and clean. I would love to find a solid, grounded, quiet respectful, responsible and reliable person! This household has strictly followed the quarantine guidelines.
