Real nice Tear Drop trailer new mag wheel and tires plus two spares. Battery and propane are good. Just painted complete top and clear coated. Propane stove is a two burner. Refrigerator runs on 110 volt and 12 volt battery. Interior lights 12 volt but there are two 110 volt outlets to use house current. I have a small adjustable lamp That I use it is included. There’s is a propane heater system in the trailer, but never tried to fire it up. I use a small ceramic heater with tip over safety shut off switch which heats up the interior of the trailer in about5 to 10 minutes also included The trailer has been completely gone over for brake system lights and electrical systems. Everything works. I have the operation manual for the refrigerator heating system and most other trailer parts. This trailer has a surge type break system so you don’t need a trailer break controller for the tow vehicle , it also has a parking break. I Just put on two new mag wheels and tires because this trailer was made in Germany it would not take USA rims. Had to purchase Mercedes Benz mags. Won’t tell you how much! The two spares however are the proper ones for the trailer. You don’t need German tires.
