This is a very clean just like new camper. Just replaced ac unit from 13500 to a 15000 btu and replaced hot water heater that is gas/electric. Its has surround sound with 2 flat screen tv. Also just put a double recliner leather and there also a brand new mattress that I spent about $2,000 on for both. The camper is just like brand new on the inside with no flaws. The only thing with this camper is the tongue is Rusted off from being near the beach. So the camper would have to be towed or hauled on a trailer and set up on a private lot or someone's yard. The book value right now is 17500.00 but with the tongue rusted-out I figured up about what it would cost to fix that and it would run about 2,000 the 2500 to fix everything on the chassis.
