Extremely sturdy rolling 1/4” steel top with side tool boxes. This was in a shop and brought to my residence. Has bins on the outside. Nothing cheap about this. Nothing like modern thin metal. This rolling box will leave imported stuff in the dust. Needs to be sanded and repainted or left alone to avoid theft.
