Hard to find period. Harder to find in this nice of condition. Even harder than that to find with the rare factory options included here. (2) queen bed extensions, AND the 9x9 add-a-room! No disappointments. Sleeps 4 completely off the ground and comfortable. Two full size beds that can each be extended to become two queen beds with the included factory extensions. Cooler rack, cooler, steps, all newer tires, spare tire, and steps included. The add a room is color matched and the inside wall is made to fit and attach to the camper and provide a water tight seal between add a room and camper. Basement storage! Yes, you read that right! 28 cubic feet of storage including a basement level below the floor that is all accessible on the road in 10 seconds and without having to open any of the tent. Equipped with trailer brakes which are nice if you plan to use this with a motorcycle. It tows quite nicely behind a bike, by the way, as that was our primary use. We have also towed it with a hybrid Fusion when 4 of us went camping. Comfortable 2 inch thick foam mattresses. (No problem for side sleepers) One person set up in under 7 minutes.
