Decent condition for age (~30 years). Some wear and tear of the fabric due to past cat (more pictures available; just message me). Built in seat anchors, custom made, wide seats. Each couch comes with four cushions. We would prefer them to be picked up by buyer, but for higher pay we may arrange dropping them off. $400 is for the set, $250 for just one. Can negotiate.
