12’ Jon Boat with a 15HP Evinrude short shaft outboard motor and a 5 speed Minnkota trolling motor. I rebuilt the transom so that’s brand new. I rebuilt the trailer too. New bunks, new paint, new lights, new tires. With the outboard motor this gets going up to 30mph.
