This is a capable all-grain setup with an emphasis on "brew-in-a-bag" technique, and it can handle fermenting multiple batches at the same time. I can give recommendations for learning about "BIAB", if needed. (It's a way to do all-grain brewing without needing multiple hot water pots, extra burners, or special equipment.
