Xbox 360 Elite – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Limited Edition (250 GB)

Trying to get $300 for it. Read description below: Item is an "Xbox 360 Elite – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Limited Edition (250 GB)". It was released on November 10th, 2009. Today I turned it on for the first time since 2017. I removed my Xbox Live profile from it and cleared the system's cache. I DID NOT WIPE THE HARD DRIVE. The hard drive contains games that are installed on it that I figured some potential buyers would be interested in. The hard drive can be wiped at anytime. Games that are installed on the console include: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed 3, Battlefield 3, Call of Duty Black Ops, Call of Duty Black Ops 2, Dead Island, Fable 3, Gears of War 3, Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, Grand Theft Auto 4, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Halo 4, Happy Wars, Minecraft, Midnight Club, Metal Slug 3, Red Dead Redemption, Spartacus, World of Tanks, and other smaller games that I believe came pre-installed on the console if i'm not mistaken. The console has a 250 GB HDD, as displayed in the photos, but only has 73.5 GB of free space left. Obviously the future owner can erase whatever is on the hard drive at any time to make space. It has an HDMI input but I am not including an HDMI cable with this listing unless requested because it will cost extra (the fair value of the HDMI cable). The console also comes with the white WiFi adapter plugged in the back that is displayed in the photos of this listing. The console still functions as great as when it was first bought. I AM WILLING TO SHIP THINGS A BUYER SHOULD KNOW: As for the controllers, both controllers work well, however, one of the battery holders does not work as well with one of them. If you shake the specific controller with the specific battery holder, the controller will lose power and its green light will turn off. Obviously, the most optimal combination of controller and battery holder will be provided at handoff. The disk tray was having trouble opening but i was able to fix it by cleaning the belt, so now it opens and closes when the eject button on the front is depressed. One important thing that should be mentioned is that after the disk tray closes while the console is positioned vertically (standing upright), it makes a loud sound for some unknown reason, so it is preferred to keep the console lying on its side. Despite that the console still reads disks fine and works fine overall. Also, I do have the original MW2 video game that came with the console, which I have listed on one of my other listings.
