**UPDATE: I have had many inquiries from individuals wanting to take this for their own project--- PLEASE READ THE BELOW DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE RESPONDING. For a project, it would all need to be redone, which would likely be a time-consuming and expensive one, and why we consider this to be a scrap camper only at this point. FREE scrap camper. AC, fridge, heat, hot water heater are all good. Trailer end to end is about 33 feet. Originally purchased as a project camper, but lack of time has caused it to be merely a waste of space. Unfortunately, it has been 100% recently exposed to rain. Many leaks were found after purchase, so the exterior roof was ripped out (interior is mostly in place) to be redone, with tarps covering the top, however, with the many recent rains, the interior has been exposed to water. As such, nothing aside from appliances are likely of any good. You MUST take in its entirety. You cannot take anything individually.
