Located in Lake Arrowhead. 1986 Lance Cabover Camper, 11’3” in truck bed, 18’ overall. In working condition with new paint inside. We need something that we can take water Toys with us so we are selling. I maintain spot seal the roof every year. Fridge, Water Pump, Air Conditioner, Stove/Oven work well. Brand New Crank Style Lifts(2000 lb. a piece over $1200), Solar($2500), Awning is old but works and in pretty good condition for its age, Full Bathroom with separate shower(not a wet bath), queen bed over cab, dinette turns to bed, storage over dinette that can be turned also into a bunk bed if you choose to reinstall. Multiple small storage areas around the unit, Roof has solar that can charge phones and runs everything except 2 of the lights and the A/C. This is the largest unit they make, sticks past an 8’ bed 3’ and is about 18’ total. It is comfortable with our family of 5 if the kids are still little. Full bathroom really makes a difference with cleaning the kids or even just fitting in there as an adult. Serious buyers only please, I don’t need help selling. If interested let me know. IMPORTANT NOTE: You need a 2500/f250 or larger, 8’ bed is recommended but I’ve seen it done with 6’, truck in picture is not for sale and not included.
