Soft grey material and side arms perfectly conform and comfort you. Push down wooden handle raises legs/foot resting portion upward and slides the back portion down, relieving pressure from lower back. I had several abdominal surgeries and it worked wonders for my back pain, I got more relief from the chair than I would get with medication.
