Has new propane lines,regulator, and tank. New brakes and tires, new mattress on King bed side and new mattress covers for both the King and Queen bed. New carpet inside, new shower curtains (just need shower liners), and also has new curtains throughout. Very clean. No mold. New battery box but needs new battery and wiring finished for battery hookup. Has new LED lights inside and also has a new porch light with LED light that works on shore power. The furnace works great. Has a cook stove top that plugs inside or outside. There is a shower. There is also a toilet that has a cassette that can be pulled out of the front to dump into a septic tank. Had it set up as an extra bedroom next to my place for the summer as I fixed it up. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and cozy.
