I bought a 2011 Buick regal. I’ve only had the car for about 6 weeks and it’s already has a major exhaust leak and a fuel system issue. The 2nd day I had the car the car just died out of nowhere now it’s doing it everyday. I brought the car to them and their mechanic said he couldn’t find the issue and to wait for the check engine light to come on. It still hasn’t came on. I took the car to a muffler shop because the car on week 3 sounds like a lawn mower. The muffler shop says it was a cheap patch work done on the under body which is coming off and that’s why it sounds like a lawn mower. It’s going to cost me $3500 to repair. The car is nice but definitely bring a mechanic with you when looking at the cars. I haven’t been able to drive the car for 2 weeks because it keeps dying at red lights. I kept bringing the car to the dealership but they said nothing is wrong but I can’t keep missing work to bring the car with nothing being fixed. I brought it to them 3 times. I will give 2 stars because they did fix the back windows but everything else has been hell.

My husband bought a 2016 BMW 5 series from here. The process was easy and they were helpful in asking any and all questions. So far no issues and he drives the vehicle daily! I’m waiting for them to go down on the Mercedes or the range!

I got an 2016 Honda civic ex with them last week. Very good price and they allowed me to drive it to my personal mechanic 40 minutes away. The process was very quick and made sure I understood everything about the car before I drove off.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER.  They will call you over and over.  I have asked them numerous time to stop calling and they will not listen.  I guess I'm glad I ended up not buying a car from them.  I guess I will scratch them off my list of dealers I will work with if they can't even follow up on such a simple request.
