Description

It’s about a year old and structural integrity of wood is still great. It does need a little TLC though. The swings and the plastic tubing on the swing chains needs to be cleaned. The exterior finish on the wood is a little faded. Could always be painted or stained for an all new look. But not necessary. No broken parts. The slide hooks on to opposite side of rockwall and is included. Paid $450. Asking $200. You must disassemble and pick up. If you would like me to help you with the disassembly and loading of the pieces, I will do so for an additional $50. Pick up is off Dauphin directly across the street from Xante Corp. building. About a mile from Dauphin and Sage Ave.
