I bought this car, a Honda CR-V, a few weeks ago. I had a lot of arguments because we were negotiating some details before buying it. At the first appointment after the purchase, they did nothing. Then I went back to the second, but they couldn't help me. I went back to a third, and they "repaired" it. Can you guess what it would be like if they had put paint on it and painted it that way? I was really upset and didn't want to complain, but it doesn't seem fair because they didn't do anything. What they promised before I bought it was that they would also repair the stained dashboard, along with the front windshield, which had some small cracks. They didn't do anything; it was as if they were making fun of me. The person who helped me was very friendly, and I don't think the repair was in their hands; it's just that those who maintain the car seem to take their job lightly.

We had a great experience purchasing our 2011 Mercedes E-Class from AutoNation. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Jaedes was especially helpful throughout. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of our questions, making sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. The car was in excellent condition, and everything was exactly as described. I dread buying a car from a dealership due to past experiences. Thankfully, AutoNation USA was a completely different experience. No haggling or lowballing the value of my trade-in plus a fair price for my purchase. Every staff member I interacted with could not have done a better job than they did.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Best APR% I’ve ever seen for a car as well. Best prices I’ve ever seen for cars that can be financed if need be. Car is in great condition the staff are very kind.
(Review Updated) previously 5 stars - (Keith) they ran mine and my husbands credit with Ally financial despite explicitly not consenting credit with a bank I told them not to so now I can’t recommend them too anyone because of poor ethics. I now have to report credit fraud to the credit bureau.) Also if your spouse dies they will try to take the vehicle underneath you instead of allowing you the option to pay so don’t use AutoNation’s Finance bank. I honestly don’t know if I trust you to buy any more cars from yall now. What was the best experience quickly turned sour.

My wife and me bought a car (Q7 Audi) Alberto helped us through all the process, he was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We are very satisfied with Autonation, I would recommend anybody to buy a car from here. Just make sure to ask for Alberto.
