Cost $1200 for shed, $500 in foundation/ramp. Built this Spring on a sturdy custom weather sealed [mobile] foundation. Barely used and like new condition. Our church is moving to a new facility so this shed is no longer needed. Includes foundation with ramp. 8’ wide for legal transport on flatbed. Can pick up and go with 4+ people to lift depending .. Foundation is on frame of pressure treated “ground contact” 2x4 - 1 foot spacing, on top of PT 4x4 skies and treated weatherproof plywood sheets on top. The ramp is completely PT 2x4s with traction shingles. Shed floor has been protected with an extra piece of plywood in the walkway.
