Bought a year ago for our horses, but they don't like it, they're used to eating out of a water trough and not free feeding. We have added plywood on a couple of the head holes (plywood can be removed for the use of all holes). This unit is a 2 piece unit that connects with bolts and has a cable on top to be picked up by bobcat. You are able to stand it up with 2 people over a bale of hay. This unit does allow you use (1/2) against a building or fence by seperating it to be able to utilize both halves in different areas (would mount for it to be stable for this type of use).
