Hostess went out of business late 2012 for bankruptcy. Hostess reopened up with new owners and back on shelves in July 2013. As soon as it hit the shelves I bought a box. (The sweetest comeback in history Ever. ) on the box it also shows it’s the first batch to hit the shelves. The box has never been opened.
