I can honestly say I had the best of the best customer service ever from my sales guy named Victor. I walked up asking him if he can help me in not wasting my time and me not wasting his. I knew what I wanted and he understood the assignment. Fastest deal closed over eve had whole buying my beautiful Honda Pilot. Victor is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and met all my expectations. I truly recommend him!!!!

I had a great experience at Findlay Honda. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Findlay Honda to anyone looking for a reliable dealership.

The SERVICE Department is "Ghetto!" I brought my car in for an oil change using the "Advantage Care" in which I paid upfront ($4,535). And I'm not getting what I paid for. After waiting an hour and a half I was told everything was completed. (Oil change, Tire rotation, Tire Pressure adjust, fluids etc.) I labeled my tires to make sure the rotation was done. Before I pulled away from the Service area, I noticed my tires were NOT rotated. (See video on yelp). They took my car back and rotated my tires. When I got home, I checked the tire pressures and noticed that they weren't adjusted either (see photo). Now, I doubt if the Oil was really changed. Not sure who the Service Manager is or why they would allow this to happen. The one star is for Doug whom I spoke to about this and the lovely lady that greeted me as I pulled into the Service lane. Before purchasing your car here you might want to reconsider. The Service Department is not as efficient as the Sales Department. This problem alone is why I regret purchasing my vehicle with Findlay. Elevating this problem to Corporate.

We had such a great experience purchasing our car here. Rich was great and got us in touch with Karriem, he was absolutely amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Chris in finance was just as incredible—straight to the point, efficient, and super helpful. Everything was painless and quick, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for our next car! 10/10 recommend.

I highly recommend this dealership! I recently had my Honda Accord serviced + repaired here and was very impressed with the entire experience. They gave me a great price for a transmission fluid change, SRS system diagnostic and repair, and CV axle replacement. I never had to worry about whether the work would be done correctly unlike some other shops.

My service advisor, Ryan Lopez, made the process seamless from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was getting the best price, and kept me updated every step of the way. Great communication from him, he’s a good guy. Since I didn’t have a ride during the repairs, he even arranged Uber rides to and from the dealership—something I truly appreciated.

Safety is one of the most important aspects of owning a car, and the team here made sure I felt completely confident in their work before driving away. Thanks to Ryan and the technicians at Findlay Honda Centennial, I know my car was in great hands. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all of my future maintenance needs and repairs.
