I purchased this vehicle (20216 Toyota 4Runner with 60k). They were great. Helped with getting me better interest rates via a credit union although I was pre-approved with my bank. That was three points differential. Allowing me to get the additional warranty. Haves (Harris) and Tony were super professional and helpful. No pressure to make a decision. In fact I arrived there (Hayward) after looking at EV's in Daly City. Tony had it ready for me to test drive. Once there we just got in an drove. I got some verbal history from him. He printed the CarFax for me to take home. Hares wrote up two deals. One with and the other without the warranty. The vehicle was clean and presented well cared for. This dealership has a wide variety of cars and trucks and SUV's to look at. Plus price ranges for different budgets. I'm going to get it checked by my mechanic (haven't bought used in over ten years) and I've been driving and enjoying for several days (including in the rain). Thanks guys.

Bought a ford transit there and was a hassle from the beginning. As i thought Tommy was being upfront about the recall, after picking it up 3,000 miles later the whole van shakes like crazy come to find out after bringing it in to the ford dealer the recall was never fixed. He had lied about the van being fixed just to make a quick sell. Not to mention him and the guys couldn’t even back it out of their lot without scraping the top of my van with their building. I witnessed this and should of said something but they were all being so vulgar after it happened i didn’t want to get involved. Not a good experience with these guys

Man! These guys went far and beyond just to make sure that I went home happy and satisfied. I’m overjoyed right now. These guys are the greatest. lol they even offered to washed my car before I leave the lot

Tony was so kind to us from the moment we walked in to the moment we left with the keys. He was calm, patient, and helpful. I recommend buying your next car here. Because of Tony’s positive attitude, my brother in law is interested in buying a car from this dealership. Can’t wait to customize my truck!

Recommend this to anybody looking for a car this man is honest he will not let you down They where awesome Joe really went out of his way to get us the best deal. Wife got her dream car. Chewy is one heck of a sales man. They made us very comfortable as we went to the process of purchasing a car.
