Project 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4

Truck needs some work, bought it as a father son project and it's just been sitting a few months. Regular cab, short bed, V6. It definitely needs work, it starts up but the brakes are soft and the power steering line leaked so needs a tow out. It needs a hood latch, passenger seat, wipers. Kbb is around 4k, I know it needs a decent amount of work done, I paid 1500, looking for 1100/obo so I can at least recoup some of it. I have receipts from the previous owner for a bunch of brake and leaf spring work. I don't have a garage or motivation to work on it so perfect project for someone.
